Building your company's exposure in 2010

• We are a Non-Profit Association, recognized by the State of Oregon, dedicated to supporting our local community and auto racing program at Douglas County Speedway in Roseburg, Oregon. Our Board of Directors consists of enthusiastic, honest, loyal and passionate community leaders and business owners from throughout the Douglas County region.

 

• All dollars raised at P.R.A., go back into our program…our community…our future! We have already committed complimentary race tickets to the CREDIT UNION FOR KIDS fundraiser where the tickets will be auctioned and the proceeds go to the Doernbecher Children’s Hospital and the pediatrics unit at Sacred Heart and Rogue Valley Medical Center. As the season approaches we will find more opportunities to contribute back to our community.

 

• Together, with the help of volunteers, sponsors, donors and fans our racing program will be recognized as an elite weekly event in the Northwest and beyond as well as being a community contributor and respected leader.

 

• Our season will consist of approximately 20 weekends from April through September. We will schedule special touring race groups along with our local classes to visit the speedway. When these traveling tour groups come into town to race, they are spending money with our local businesses. Hotels, restaurants, gas stations and more see an increase in customer traffic during these scheduled weekends.

 

• We anticipate an average fan attendance in the main grandstands of 2,000 people while some special race events could bring in double that amount! The pit area will add another 250 people consisting of drivers, crewmen, officials and spectators.

 

• Racing fans are known to be excellent and loyal, sponsor supporters. The opportunity for your business to advertise within this captive audience is now! Don’t let your competitors beat you to the winner’s circle!

 

• We are asking for your support during the upcoming 2010 season. Many options are available to choose from.  We look forward to our partnership with you and your company in 2010 and many seasons thereafter.

 

• Donations are always gladly accepted. A charitable tax donation receipt will be provided to each donor. Donors will also be acknowledged in the ‘Special Thank You’ section of our 2010 Racing Program available to our fans for purchase at the ticket gates.
